

Bridge. Outsource. Transform, or B.O.T in short, is a company specialized in annotating data for AI training data, and data collection from various sources. The word "Outsource" comes from their ability to hire a large number of workforce and train them to execute the tasks seamlessly.
With a great number of projects and freelancers, they needed to manage a large number of sensitive records, such as freelancers' assignments to projects, budgets, payments... They also needed reporting and KPIs to evaluate their own performance.
The solution that Scaleap came up with is a two-portal web platform, one for managers and the other for the workforce.
Through this portal, potential workforce could register with an invite from the admins, and fill up their personal information, ranging from biodata to skills and expertise. This would show up to the talent management department who is responsible to filter out the best fit for their projects. Additionally, the workforce could see their assignments, and the status of their payments, and show their interest in upcoming projects.

On another note, B.O.T was eager to teach their workforce more about the job, so we designed a courses page, where the workforce can enhance their skills to become functional and more productive for the job.

This is where the project managers can execute their daily operations, ranging from managing projects, workforce, payments to even filling their own timesheet, so that B.O.T is able to assess how the effort is distributed and optimize their processes.
Upper management members also have multiple reporting tools to evaluate the current state of the company, and come up with different metrics for the stakeholders. They also have the possibility to manage access for each member of the company, at a very granular level.

Those platforms were implemented using .Net, Angular, Mysql, Redis, Jenkins and Docker.
Some of the key notes of this project:
